If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days of receipt for exchange, or credit of the purchase price. Defective items may be returned at any time within the one-year limited warranty period. The warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse or alteration. Original shipping charges will be refunded only if an incorrect item was shipped or if the product is found defective upon your receipt.
- Package the item using the original packing materials and box, or an equivalent protective shipping container.
- Include a copy of your receipt in the package, and indicate if you would like us to credit the card used to place the order or ship a replacement. If a replacement/exchange is needed, please note what product, color and power you want in return. MicroVision Optical will pay the mailing costs for shipping the exchange.
If you are unable to include a copy of the receipt, please include your complete name, address, telephone number, and whether the order was placed on-line or by telephone.
