What is MicroVision Optical's Return Policy?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@microvisionoptical.com or initiate the return process through our Shopify store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I know which reading glass power to choose?

If you’re not sure which strength you need, follow this simple formula: your age, minus 35, divided by 10.

For example, if you’re 55 years of age, subtract 35 for a total of 20. Then, divided by 10, your typical reading power would be +2.00.

Your purchase can also be returned for an even exchange within the first 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Are your glasses covered by a warranty?

Absolutely – we stand by our products! We’ll replace any defective or broken MicroVision Optical product beyond the return window for $10. No questions asked! Just send us the broken or defective eyewear, along with your return address. We’ll ship a replacement product to you within 24 hours.

How do I know if a frame fits me?

We designed each of our frames to fit almost every face shape and size. The patented hinge systems and lightweight frames will sit comfortably on the bridge of your nose and ears.
