1. Introduction
MicroVision Optical is committed to delivering high-quality eyewear and accessories. This document outlines our warranty coverage, satisfaction guarantees, and return/exchange policies across all product categories.
By purchasing or using a MicroVision Optical product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. General Warranty Terms
MicroVision Optical warranties cover manufacturer defects only. This includes issues related to materials, construction, and product integrity.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase
- Applies only to products purchased directly from MicroVision Optical or authorized retailers.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is at their request.
3. Product Specific Coverage
Reading Glasses
- Coverage: Manufacturer defects (e.g., lens detachment, hinge failure)
- Duration: 6 months from purchase
- Exclusions: Scratches, wear and tear, lost items, or damage from improper use
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your MicroVision Optical product, we offer a 30-day return or exchange for eligible items. The exchange must be of equal to the original purchase price.
This applies to:
- Products in original condition
- Orders placed through MicroVision Optical.com
- Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is at the customer's request.
Warranty and satisfaction policies do not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from drops, crushing, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Damage from pets, vehicles, and/or general negligence
- Accidental damage
6. Exchange and Refund Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Follow the instructions provided for shipping and packaging
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Returns without original packaging or product may be denied
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt
7. Legal Terms & Jurisdiction
MicroVision Optical reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Please note that by providing your email address, you are agreeing to receive emails and future communications from MicroVision Optical that may include sale advertisements.
MicroVision Optical' obligations for the Product purchased by the end-user ("You") are limited to the terms set forth below:
BY USING A PRODUCT MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR MicroVision Optical (A "PRODUCT") YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE MicroVision Optical GUARANTEE ("GUARANTEE") AS SET OUT BELOW.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT TO US UNOPENED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND.
Except as expressly set forth in this Guarantee, MicroVision Optical, in so far as permitted by law, provides their Products "as is". MicroVision Optical is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to use of the Product.
This Guarantee does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with another product; (b) altered products.
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. MicroVision Optical' responsibility for defects is limited to replacement service as determined by MicroVision Optical in its sole discretion.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS GUARANTEE AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES. MicroVision Optical EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY STATUTORY OR IMPLIED GUARANTEE OR CONDITION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INTERFERENCE, OR ACCURACY, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE PRACTICE, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
To the extent an implied guarantee cannot be excluded, such guarantee is limited in duration to the period set forth above. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the applicable guarantee period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied guarantee lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. No MicroVision Optical dealer, distributor, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this guarantee.
MicroVision Optical SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF GUARANTEE OR CONDITION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR COMMERCIAL LOSS EVEN IF MicroVision Optical HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
MicroVision Optical may restrict service to the fifty states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia.
MicroVision Optical reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that is using abusive language or actions toward any MicroVision Optical employee.
In accordance with applicable law, MicroVision Optical may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving guarantee service.
Note that in the European Union, any guarantee period less than two years shall be increased to two years.
